Wondering if I should see it...

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy?  Looks really funny, but I've heard it doesn't compare to the book.  Well, I haven't read the book anyway, so what does it matter?  LOL

At work working away.  Saw a pretty disturbing movie last night, "Confessions" starring Tom Cruise.  He plays a serious wacko...almost to the point where it was unbelievable.  What disturbed me even more is that my husband liked it so much.  I sometimes wonder why it is so difficult for some people to find entertainment from things that are somewhat intellectual?  One of my favorite movies of all time was The English Patient.  I cried my eyes out wondering if he would make it back to her in the cave in time.  (Which I knew he wouldn't).  Just makes you sad when you know that sometimes life is inherently cruel...

Unfortunate

Series of Unfortunate Events...seems like the story of my life. I liked the movie...had some really nice visual effects and the acting was great.  I thought that it was missing something though.  I don't know what it would be...but something.

Anyway, Amanda is in bed and I'm pretty tired.  I think I'm going to head off to bed.  I'm going to head off to shop tomorrow with Mom and need to be rested. 

I'm looking for another cheap international calling card company.  BigZoo is going out of business and I need some suggestions!  PLEASE HELP!
